CHTC Fong’s Showcases Intelligent Dyeing and Finishing Technologies at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026

Company presents textile processing machinery, digital twin technology, AI-enabled services and water-saving dyeing solutions at the Shanghai exhibition

CHTC Fong’s presented its dyeing and finishing machinery, digital manufacturing systems and green processing technologies at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026, which opened on 20 November at the Shanghai National Exhibition Center in China. At Booth H7-C37, the company showcased equipment covering pre-treatment, dyeing, finishing and intelligent process control, alongside its latest developments in AI-driven production and resource-efficient manufacturing.

The exhibition highlighted CHTC Fong’s approach to integrating machinery, digital systems and technical services for textile dyeing and finishing operations.

Machinery for Dyeing, Washing and Finishing

CHTC Fong’s combined physical machinery displays with equipment models to demonstrate technologies across key textile processing stages.

Three physical exhibits were presented: the ECOWIN High Temperature Synthetic Fabric Dyeing Machine, SOFTWIN High Temperature Overflow Dyeing Machine, and High-Temperature Stenter and Coating Machine.

The company also displayed models of the Dual Circulation Spun Oil Washing Range, SCN 24 Fabric Compactor Machine, and XORELLA Vacuum Conditioning and Heat Setting Machine. These exhibits covered washing, fabric compaction and yarn conditioning, illustrating the group’s equipment portfolio for dyeing and finishing applications.

Digital Twin System Connects Exhibition Machinery

CHTC Fong’s introduced its digital twin system at the exhibition, creating an interactive platform connected in real time with the displayed machines.

Visitors could view machine operating parameters online and remotely control equipment through the system. The demonstration was designed to show how digital monitoring and control can support production efficiency and operational optimisation in dyeing factories.

The company also presented its service digitisation platform, featuring a Dyeing and Finishing AI Assistant and a remote operation system accessible through mobile phones and tablets.

The AI assistant enables users to access technical information, while the remote system supports equipment management and fault diagnosis. These tools are intended to shift after-sales support from a largely reactive model towards more proactive, digitally enabled services.

SmartCentre Central Control System

SmartCentre Central Control System

CHTC Fong’s showcased its SmartCentre Central Computer System, developed to integrate equipment across dyeing and finishing processes into a unified control platform.

The system is designed to work with Fong’s dyeing and finishing machines, Goller washing machines and Monfongs setting machines. Its FC80/FC88 control computers provide a link between equipment from different brands, supporting a unified intelligent dyeing factory setup.

SmartCentre includes industrial-grade data interfaces for interaction with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution systems (MES). It is also compatible with automatic material injection and conveying systems.

As part of CHTC Fong’s digital dyeing factory ecosystem, SmartCentre works with the company’s cloud-based Remote Operation & Maintenance System. The resulting data streams support its Dyeing Factory Digital Twin Platform and Dyeing and Finishing AI Assistant, linking physical factory operations with their digital representations.

Dual Circulation Spun Oil Washing Range

Dual Circulation Spun Oil Washing Range

The Dual Circulation Spun Oil Washing Range is designed for washing spun oil from knitted fabrics, including warp-knitted and weft-knitted materials made from nylon, polyester, Lycra and their blends.

Its washing mechanism and low-tension control technology are intended to maintain fabric quality during processing. The equipment has also been developed to address demand for energy-efficient operation and easier maintenance, with a focus on reducing costs and improving productivity.

ECOWIN High Temperature Synthetic Fabric Dyeing Machine

ECOWIN High Temperature Synthetic Fabric Dyeing Machine

The ECOWIN High Temperature Synthetic Fabric Dyeing Machine is designed for knitted polyester fabrics, particularly those with high spandex content.

These fabrics can be challenging to dye because their surfaces are sensitive to defects such as snagging, scratches, chicken-claw marks and creases. The equipment is designed to address these processing challenges while supporting requirements for energy efficiency, lower resource consumption and reduced emissions.

SOFTWIN High Temperature Overflow Dyeing Machine

SOFTWIN High Temperature Overflow Dyeing Machine

The SOFTWIN High Temperature Overflow Dyeing Machine is designed to address colour creasing and edge curling through control of fabric running tension. Its internal plaiter and chamber structure support smooth fabric movement during processing.

The machine is designed to meet demand for larger loading capacity and a lower liquor ratio, helping improve productivity while reducing energy and resource consumption. Its operating and maintenance features are intended to support stable performance in textile dyeing operations.

SCN 24 Fabric Compactor Machine

SCN 24 Fabric Compactor Machine

The SCN 24 Fabric Compactor Machine is designed for post-finishing applications in the textile and garment industries.

Its processing sequence includes steam humidification, vibration-based relaxation, drying and cooling-setting. These stages help release residual internal stress in fabric and achieve pre-shrinking, reducing the risk of shrinkage and deformation after garment washing while stabilising fabric dimensions.

High-Temperature Stenter and Coating Technologies

High-Temperature Stenter

High-Temperature Stenter

The High-Temperature Stenter features temperature-control technology for processing high-performance industrial textiles. Its stated application areas include environmental dust removal, electronics and electrical applications, chemical corrosion protection, safety protection, aerospace and new energy.

The equipment is designed for high-temperature textile processing, with stable operation at 320°C. Its application range includes the setting of heat-resistant textile materials used in demanding industrial environments.

Coating Machines

CHTC Fong’s also presented coating technologies designed to give fabrics additional functions, including waterproofing, breathability, flame retardancy and antistatic performance.

The equipment uses precision control to maintain uniform coating thickness and consistent product quality. Multiple coating processes can be configured on the same machine to accommodate different production requirements.

The company highlighted two options:

  • MONFONGS Cost-Effective Coating Machine: Combines German core technology with localised Chinese research and development, with a focus on coating quality and cost efficiency.
MONFONGS Cost-Effective Coating Machine
  • MontexCoat Multi-Function Coating Machine: Designed and manufactured by Monforts Germany, with an emphasis on precision, operational stability and service life.

XORELLA Vacuum Conditioning and Heat Setting Machine

XORELLA Vacuum Conditioning and Heat Setting Machine

The XORELLA Vacuum Conditioning and Heat Setting Machine is designed for post-finishing treatment of yarn packages. It uses vacuum saturated-steam technology to release residual internal stress, stabilise yarn twist and regulate moisture regain.

The process is intended to reduce hairiness and static electricity, improve yarn strength and handle, enhance dyeing uniformity and lower weaving breakage. The machine is suitable for cotton, wool, synthetic and blended package yarns.

Waterless Dyeing Demonstration Highlights Resource Efficiency

On the first day of the exhibition, CHTC Fong’s staff wore custom-made garments produced using the company’s waterless dyeing equipment. The clothing was made by its strategic partner, EXPONENT ENVIROTECH LTD.

At Booth H7-C07, EXPONENT ENVIROTECH LTD. displayed a model of CHTC Fong’s GBD High Temperature Beam Dyeing Machine. The machine is designed to operate without water during the dyeing process, while recycling the processing medium to achieve near-zero discharge of dyeing wastewater.

The demonstration highlighted the company’s focus on reducing water consumption and wastewater discharge in textile processing.

CHTC Fong’s continues to develop digital technologies and resource-efficient equipment as it expands its focus from machinery manufacturing towards integrated services for intelligent dyeing and finishing factories.
