Chhattisgarh Secures Investment Proposals Worth Rs 9,580 Crore Across Key Sectors

Seven companies submit proposals in data centres, cement, textiles, semiconductors, solar energy and pharmaceuticals at Investors Connect in Hyderabad
Chhattisgarh attracted investment proposals worth Rs 9,580 crore across sectors including data centres, semiconductors and GPU architecture, solar energy equipment, textiles, cement, and pharmaceuticals during the Investors Connect programme held in Hyderabad.
According to an official statement, seven major organisations submitted proposals that are expected to create approximately 7,800 direct jobs, reflecting investment activity across the state's industrial sectors.
During the event, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai handed over "Invitation to invest letter" to prospective investors. The programme was attended by Commerce and Industries Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan, industrialists, investors, and business representatives from southern India.
The largest proposal came from Hypernext Data Center Limited, which has expressed its intention to invest Rs 4,200 crore to establish a modern data centre in Chhattisgarh. The project is expected to generate approximately 250 jobs.
Feegrade and Company Private Limited has proposed an investment of Rs 2,912 crore in the cement sector. The project has the potential to provide employment to around 4,000 people while supporting infrastructure development and local economic activity.
In the semiconductor and GPU infrastructure segment, Nivai Labs Private Limited has proposed an investment of Rs 1,000 crore. The project is expected to create approximately 200 jobs and support the state's digital and electronics ecosystem.
SG Mart Limited, operating in the solar energy equipment manufacturing sector, has proposed an investment of Rs 700 crore for manufacturing solar structure components. The project is expected to generate employment for about 450 people.
In the textile sector, Shri Saravana Mills Private Limited has proposed an investment of Rs 528 crore. The project is expected to provide employment to approximately 2,500 people, with opportunities for youth and women.
Kabra Drugs, engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare-related activities, has proposed an investment of Rs 200 crore. The project is expected to generate around 250 jobs.
Dinshaw's Dairy Foods Private Limited has submitted an investment proposal worth Rs 40 crore for milk processing and value addition. The project is expected to provide employment to approximately 150 people while benefiting milk producers.
The Chief Minister stated that Chhattisgarh is emerging as a preferred investment destination, supported by streamlined approvals, a robust single-window system, strong infrastructure, and industry-friendly policies.
