CareEdge Global Signs MoU to Become Knowledge Partner of Invest India

CareEdge Global IFSC Limited (CareEdge Global) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Invest India, formalizing a collaboration where CareEdge will act as a Knowledge Partner for various Invest India events on a non-exclusive basis.
Under this MoU, Invest India will offer CareEdge Ratings a platform to take part in selected domestic and international events and outreach programs. In return, CareEdge will contribute to Invest India’s knowledge leadership activities, which include white papers, expert panel participation, and strategic dialogues. The agreement also outlines a mutual exchange of training and knowledge-sharing sessions—CareEdge will conduct sessions for Invest India officials regularly, and Invest India will organize similar programs for CareEdge Ratings staff, subject to mutual consent.
Mehul Pandya, MD & Group CEO, CareEdge, commented on the partnership:
“As the fourth largest global economy, and on course to be the third largest over the next few years, the outreach and facilitation of global investors is extremely important. That makes this MoU between Invest India – the national investment promotion agency of the country, and CareEdge Global – the first Indian credit rating agency to offer sovereign and global scale ratings, truly special. We are committed to contributing meaningfully to India’s growth story by enabling informed decision-making through our research-driven insights and deep sectoral understanding, thereby fostering a resilient, sustainable economy.”
Nivruti Rai, MD & CEO, Invest India, added:
“The purpose of this MoU is to create an environment that supports the promotion of investments in high-impact sectors, with a strong emphasis on enabling manufacturing through the Make in India initiative. CareEdge has the requisite expertise to support us in building a comprehensive framework of relevant knowledge programs that will provide end-to-end support to all our stakeholders.”
Revati Kasture, CEO – CareEdge Global IFSC Limited, shared her perspective:
“This MoU brings together Invest India’s strengths in investments with CareEdge’s deep expertise in research and analytics. We believe this collaboration will help accelerate meaningful investments into India, aligned with national priorities like Make in India by enabling investors with sharper insights and strategic guidance.”
Sidharth Narayanan, COO, Invest India, stated:
“Our MoU reflects a shared commitment to enhancing transparency and trust in India’s investment environment.”
The initial duration of this MoU is set for three years from the effective date, with the potential for further extension as mutually agreed by both parties.
