BW Converting to Showcase Baldwin TexCoat G4 at Techtextil Frankfurt 2026

BW Converting will present its Baldwin TexCoat® G4 precision spray finishing system at Techtextil Frankfurt 2026. The event is scheduled to take place from April 21-24 at Messe Frankfurt. The system is designed to support improved process control and reduced resource consumption in textile finishing.

The Baldwin TexCoat G4 utilizes precision spray application technology to apply chemical treatments to one or both sides of fabric. Unlike conventional bath-based methods, the system uses a non-contact spray approach, which can reduce wet pick-up by up to 50%. This reduction contributes to lower water and energy usage while enabling more controlled finishing processes.
