BSL Announces Global Outreach Summit 2.0 in New Delhi, Targets ₹18,000 Crore Business Facilitation for 2026–28

The senior leadership of the Brands & Sourcing Leaders Association (BSL) has announced Global Outreach Summit (GOS) 2.0, 2026, during a press conference in New Delhi. The summit aims to strengthen India’s role in global fashion, textiles, sourcing, and lifestyle industries, with a business facilitation target of ₹18,000 crore (approximately USD 2 billion) for FY 2026–28.
The Brands & Sourcing Leaders Association (BSL) formally announced Global Outreach Summit 2.0, 2026, at a press conference addressed by senior leadership in New Delhi.
The summit is being organized by BSL to reinforce India’s positioning as a global hub for fashion, textiles, sourcing, and lifestyle sectors. The event will convene global and domestic apparel and lifestyle brands, buying association leaders, retailers, manufacturers, investors, and policymakers to advance international sourcing linkages and structured trade partnerships.

BSL has outlined a roadmap to facilitate business worth ₹18,000 crore (approximately USD 2 billion) for the apparel and lifestyle industry during FY 2026–28.
Addressing the media, Mr. Raman Dutta, Chairman, Brands & Sourcing Leaders Association, stated: “Global Outreach Summit 2.0 is about turning intent into execution. Our ₹1,8000 crore target reflects strong global confidence in India’s apparel and textile ecosystem.”
Mr. Neeraj Nagpal, Co-Chairman, BSL [CBO – Raymond Lifestyle Limited], said: “We are creating a structured platform where Indian brands go global and help to promote India`s rich and varied textile heritage.”

Global Outreach Summit (GOS) 2.0 is positioned as a three-day platform bringing together global leaders, policymakers, brand executives, sourcing leaders, manufacturers, innovators, and entrepreneurs for structured discussions, collaboration, and business engagement.
GOS 2.0 will host over 3,000 international and Indian delegates, more than 2,000 lifestyle and textile industry experts, over 200 global and domestic brands, and more than 100 speakers from India, Europe, the USA, the UK, the Middle East, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Canada. The summit will focus on themes including innovation, inclusivity, sustainability, automation, and future-ready growth strategies.
A featured component of the summit will be the Accelerator & Catalyst Dialogues.
The Accelerator Dialogues will bring together BSL members to discuss strategic acceleration, policy, sourcing practices, digital transformation, and sustainable growth.
The Catalyst Sessions will include global brand leaders presenting business case studies, leadership experiences, and market perspectives.
The event will also include the BSL Founding Principles Panch Pahal Showcase, structured around five zones:
• Sustainability Green Zone
• Automation & Digitalization Blue Zone
• Sportswear & Athleisure Red Zone
• Design & Innovation Purple Zone
• Brand Globalization Yellow Zone
An immersive Lifestyle Zone, the Orange Zone, will present footwear, home textiles, fashion, accessories, and lifestyle products, highlighting India’s textile heritage, craftsmanship, and artisan skills.
Additional formats at GOS 2.0 will include panel discussions, CEO roundtables, buyer–seller meetings, networking sessions, and curated fashion showcases aimed at facilitating partnerships and business expansion.
Senior government officials, policymakers, trade bodies, and international delegations are expected to participate in discussions on trade, policy frameworks, export facilitation, and investment.
The summit will also host the BSL Global Outreach Awards, recognising organisations and individuals for leadership, innovation, sustainability practices, and long-term contributions to the fashion, textile, sourcing, and lifestyle industries.
According to the organisers, Global Outreach Summit 2.0 is intended to support international partnerships, trade growth, innovation, and coordinated development across the global fashion and textile ecosystem.
