BRÜCKNER Unveils Next-Gen Textile Finishing at ITMA ASIA

Updated:

German innovation meets sustainability and automation in textile finishing solutions.

At ITMA ASIA 2025, Brückner Textile Technologies showcases a new generation of intelligent, energy-efficient systems redefining modern textile finishing.

Brückner Textile Technologies is set to present its latest generation of energy-efficient and intelligent textile finishing systems at ITMA ASIA 2025 in Singapore. With more than 75 years of expertise, the family-owned German company continues to lead in customized machinery solutions focused on automation, sustainability, and productivity.

At the show, Brückner will unveil the new POWER-FRAME SFP-2 stenter frame, designed specifically for finishing fabrics with high cotton content. This versatile system handles both drying and heat-setting operations efficiently. Featuring horizontally arranged lint screens for easy cleaning, an advanced split-flow air circulation system, a vertical circulating transport chain, and energy-saving motors and gas burners, the SFP-2 provides a cost-effective alternative to the high-tech POWER-FRAME SFP-4 stenter. It combines strong performance with shorter delivery times and lower investment requirements.

The POWER-FRAME SFP-4 stenter, known for its exceptional energy efficiency and low maintenance, will also be on display. Brückner will highlight new options such as electric and hydrogen-powered heating systems, intelligent recipe-optimization software, and integrated heat recovery and exhaust air purification technologies. A standout new feature is the fully automatic cleaning system, which minimizes downtime and maintenance effort. The system’s flexible cleaning programs can be customized without halting production.

All new Brückner systems can now be fitted with intelligent assistance tools that help operators quickly identify optimal process settings. The newly introduced ExperTex simulation tool, powered by AI, allows users to digitally simulate drying or heat-setting processes. It compares KPIs like throughput, energy use, CO₂ emissions, and costs—enabling precise pre-calculations, productivity optimization, and energy savings. This tool, along with access to digital services, is available through the myBrückner customer portal, which centralizes all machine data, support, and service access.

Brückner will also present the POWER-DRY PD-1, an entirely new relax and shrink dryer for knitted fabrics. Suitable for both open and tubular fabrics, it delivers maximum evaporation in a compact format. The PD-1 ensures excellent shrinkage results, easy access via sliding doors, reduced maintenance, and energy savings through a special suction zone. The system can even operate CO₂-free using a high-temperature heat pump, making it ideal for soft, voluminous fabrics like polo shirts, T-shirts, nightwear, and linings.

Another innovation debuting at ITMA ASIA is the OPTI-COAT 2in1 coating unit, which merges the benefits of floating knife and knife-over-cylinder systems. With its precision coating cylinder and finely ground knife, it ensures high-quality paste and foam coatings. Its user-friendly design also allows for convenient cleaning and maintenance access.

Brückner invites visitors to explore these cutting-edge solutions and discover how to enhance efficiency and sustainability in their textile finishing operations. Meet the Brückner team at Hall 7, Booth A-102 at ITMA ASIA 2025 in Singapore for personalized consultations and live demonstrations.
