Focus on efficiency, sustainability, and advanced finishing technologies in Frankfurt

BRÜCKNER will present its range of finishing solutions for technical textiles at Techtextil, scheduled to take place in Frankfurt from April 21–24, 2026. The company will highlight systems designed to improve efficiency, process reliability, and sustainability. Its offerings are tailored to meet evolving industry requirements for functionality and environmental performance.

At Techtextil 2026 in Frankfurt, BRÜCKNER is set to exhibit its portfolio as a system provider of complete lines and equipment for finishing technical textiles. The company’s solutions are designed to address increasing demands for enhanced functionality and sustainability in technical fabrics, with an emphasis on energy efficiency, automation, and consistent quality standards.

The company provides machine concepts equipped with intelligent drive systems that can be adapted to specific production requirements. These technologies are intended to support cost-effective and resource-efficient manufacturing processes while enabling the development of advanced textile products.

In the field of coating, BRÜCKNER offers multiple application methods, including foam and paste application through roller and squeegee systems, laminating adhesive application, full-surface or dot coating with latex or acrylate pastes, and full-bath impregnation for aqueous media. These systems are used in the production of a wide range of materials such as abrasive cloth, airbags, blackout fabrics, geotextiles, tarpaulins, and roofing membranes.

The company also supplies drying technologies suited to various applications. Its ETRO dryer is designed for printing and varnishing processes and can function as a standalone unit arranged in series without the need for chains or belts. It is particularly suited for solvent-based coatings with low application volumes, and features a pneumatically adjustable upper section to facilitate cleaning, maintenance, and fabric handling.

The POWER-FRAME stenter frame, equipped with a split-flow ventilation system, is used for drying and heat-setting of apparel textiles, including applications following digital printing. It is also applied in the thermal treatment of geotextiles, agrotextiles, needle felts, and high-temperature filters.

For nonwoven finishing, BRÜCKNER’s portfolio includes thermofusion ovens from the SUPRA-FLOW product line, used in the production of upholstery, high-loft nonwovens for mattresses, insulation materials, and lightweight nonwovens such as topsheets, paper napkins, hygiene products, and ADL nonwovens. The company also provides high-speed spunlace lines for wet-laid nonwovens, wipes, and wet wipes.

In carpet and floor covering applications, BRÜCKNER highlights its DUO-THERM dryer, which allows separate control of upper and lower air temperatures. These systems are used globally for finishing or back-coating tufted and woven carpets, automotive and bath mats, and artificial turf.

The company notes that textile finishers are increasingly focused on reducing CO2 emissions and transitioning to green energy sources. Its systems support multiple heating media options, including gas (direct and indirect), thermal oil, steam, electricity, hydrogen, and hybrid combinations. This flexibility allows adaptation to energy supply conditions and supports gradual energy transitions. Electrically heated dryers operated with green electricity can enable CO2-neutral production.

BRÜCKNER also offers modular solutions in environmental and energy technology. Heat recovery systems using air/air or air/water configurations are designed to reduce energy consumption and production costs. Additionally, exhaust air purification systems are available in different sizes and configurations, including versions with automatic cleaning functions. These systems can be retrofitted to both BRÜCKNER equipment and machines from other manufacturers.

The company will be located at Hall 12.0, Booth B58 during Techtextil 2026 in Frankfurt.
