Bombay Dyeing Appoints Niraj Kumar as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer

Industry veteran with over two decades of experience joins leadership team to oversee finance and risk management functions
The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited has named Niraj Kumar as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
According to the company, Kumar will contribute to the next phase of its growth initiatives by focusing on strengthening the retail business, supporting transformation programmes, improving operational agility and aligning business priorities with evolving consumer preferences and market opportunities.
Niraj Kumar brings more than twenty years of professional experience across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, aviation, telecom, retail and consulting. He is a Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate, and has completed the PGPMAX programme from the Indian School of Business.
During his career, he has developed expertise in financial planning and control, strategic reporting, governance, enterprise risk management, business transformation, profitability improvement and working capital optimisation. He has also led initiatives related to operational efficiency, digital finance processes and data-driven decision-making.
