BluWin Announces Leadership Transition; Buddhi Weerasinghe Appointed General Manager

BluWin has announced a leadership transition, with Dr Ron Pedemonte, Vice President of BluWin, CSI and Texanlab, set to retire at the end of 2026. The company has appointed Buddhi Weerasinghe as General Manager and Head of BluWin, effective November 1, 2026, as part of a structured transition.

Dr Ron Pedemonte to Retire After Leading Company Growth

Dr Ron Pedemonte has led BluWin since 2024, overseeing a period of significant growth. During his tenure, the company expanded its global customer base, strengthened financial performance and broadened its service portfolio across verification, certification, consulting and capacity-building services.

Buddhi Weerasinghe Takes Over as General Manager

Buddhi Weerasinghe brings nearly three decades of international experience across different business functions. He joined BluWin in 2022 and has since contributed to the company's growth and development.

In his most recent role, Weerasinghe supported the expansion of BluWin's service offerings, commercial growth and entry into new market sectors.

As General Manager and Head of BluWin, he will lead the company's strategic direction and business growth, with a focus on strengthening its service portfolio, key partnerships and market presence.
