Blissclub Adds CBO & Marketing Head to Drive Growth

Blissclub, India’s leading apparel brand designed exclusively for Indian women, has announced two significant leadership hires to strengthen its growth strategy. Kshitij Torka has been appointed as Chief Business Officer and Sushma R Rao as Head of Marketing, reflecting Blissclub’s commitment to scaling operations, building deeper community engagement, and shaping the next phase of its growth journey.
As Chief Business Officer, Kshitij Torka will lead business strategy, operational excellence, and revenue growth initiatives. Bringing extensive experience from senior roles at Grofers/Blinkit and The Boston Consulting Group, Kshitij has a proven track record in driving strategic expansion, brand-building, and operational efficiency for consumer brands.
Meanwhile, Sushma R Rao will take charge as Head of Marketing, where she will lead brand strategy, consumer market insights (CMI), and creative direction. Sushma transitions from Mullen Lintas Pvt Ltd, where she successfully led brand strategy across national portfolios, including Tata Tea and GRT Jewellers, and brings a wealth of experience in fashion, lifestyle, and FMCG.
