Conclusion

Barry Global maintained its solid financial results in FY2024 despite flat sales as they decreased through both softer consumer market trends and a softening resin price environment. BerryGlobal remained profitable, and the company's sustained commitment to operational discipline, cash management of its capex and operating expenditures, and the development of sustainability programs should continue to boost profitability, and free cash generation remains at a healthy level. BerryGlobal’s debt levels still appear somewhat inflated following many past strategic acquisitions, but the company’s disciplined debt pay-down, while also working to expand productivity, continues to enhance BerryGlobal’s position.
