Benninger, a supplier of systems for continuous wet processing, discontinuous dyeing, and technical textiles, will exhibit at Knit-Tech 2026 from 6–9 March 2026 in Tirupur. The company will highlight SynthMaster, a horizontal jet dyeing machine designed to support fabric quality while reducing water, energy, and chemical consumption.

According to the company, SynthMaster is intended for processing current and future fibre types and blends with high first-time-right rates. Visitors to Knit-Tech 2026 will be able to discuss dyeing and finishing processes with Benninger specialists at booth A22.

The SynthMaster is described as a compression-free dyeing system using tension-free fabric transport to prevent crease formation. Its configuration includes a smart nozzle, low lift, and an elbow plaiter running along the full machine length, following the same technical principles used in Benninger’s FabricMaster system.

The machine operates at lower liquor ratios due to its dewatering and chamber design. With a length of approximately 4.5 metres, it can be combined with round dyeing machines and is intended to reduce space requirements on the production floor. SynthMaster shares several components with FabricMaster, allowing compatibility between the two systems.

Benninger also referenced its FabricMaster dyeing machine for discontinuous dyeing and the SingeRay flame singeing machine as examples of its technology portfolio. The company integrates energy-saving concepts, reduced water and chemical usage, and waste heat recovery through systems such as BEN-Eco.

The company stated that its machines are designed to help customers meet international sustainability targets through efficiency, process reliability, and resource management. Benninger cited its long operational history and experience as contributing factors in developing high-performance textile machinery solutions.
