BASF India Limited reports Q3 FY2025–26 financial results

BASF India Limited (BSE code: 500042) recorded Revenue from Operations (continuing operations) of Rs. 38,630.4 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, up from Rs. 36,352.2 million in the same quarter of the previous year.

Profit before tax (before exceptional items) from continuing operations amounted to Rs. 1,423.3 million for the quarter, compared with Rs. 1,396.7 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the company reported Revenue from Operations (continuing operations) of Rs. 115,001.3 million, as against Rs. 116,223.8 million for the corresponding period of the previous year.

Profit before tax (before exceptional items) from continuing operations for the nine-month period stood at Rs. 4,778.2 million, compared with Rs. 5,945.2 million in the same period of the previous year.
