Barmag’s Pumps Division will present its metering solutions for polyurethane processing at PU China 2026, scheduled for November 3–5, 2026, at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Center in Shanghai. The company will exhibit in Hall 1, Booth 135, with a focus on gear metering pumps designed for the precise delivery of polyurethane (PUR) components and other high-viscosity and reactive media.
The pumps are designed to provide high metering accuracy, which can help manufacturers control material consumption, maintain process stability and achieve consistent product quality.
Precision Dosing for Polyurethane Processing
Modern polyurethane manufacturing requires coordinated dosing and mixing processes, where variations in material flow can influence the properties of finished products. Barmag’s pump technologies are designed to address these requirements through precision metering and process reliability.
At PU China, the company will highlight solutions for two-component adhesives and sealants, along with applications involving other reactive media.
The GM and GA series metering pumps provide continuous, low-pulsation material flow. According to Barmag, this supports reproducible production processes while helping minimise material losses, with implications for production costs and resource use.
