Barbeque Nation introduces limited-time culinary pop-up
Barbeque Nation has announced the launch of its Modern Indian Flavours pop-up in collaboration with Chef Michael.
The limited-period offering showcases a menu inspired by Chef Michael’s global-fusion approach to Indian cuisine, featuring contemporary cooking techniques alongside smoked and charred preparations.
Curated menu features signature dishes
The specially curated menu includes a selection of savoury dishes and desserts, featuring:
- Mushroom Galouti on crispy saffron tortilla
- Tandoori prawns with coconut chilli butter sauce
- Butter Chicken roulade with saffron Makhni sauce
- Coastal Fish Curry with Coconut & Curry Leaves
The dessert selection includes:
- Gulabi Phirni Kahsora
- Dark Chocolate Gulab Jamun Cheesecake
The pop-up will be available for a limited period at Barbeque Nation.
