Asteks Showcases Advanced Grinding Solutions at ITMA Singapore 2025

Innovative Grinding Solutions and Aprons on Display
Asteks will showcase advanced cot grinding machines and high-quality aprons at ITMA ASIA + CITME Singapore 2025, emphasizing “Made in Türkiye” innovation.
Asteks is preparing to present its innovative grinding solutions, along with a comprehensive range of aprons and cots, at ITMA ASIA + CITME Singapore 2025, targeting the expanding Asian textile market. The company aims to strengthen relationships with current and prospective customers while highlighting the “Made in Türkiye” label through its high-quality and competitive offerings.
Exhibition Highlights and Product Showcase
As a leading manufacturer of durable aprons and cots, advanced cot grinding machines, UV surface treatment, and automation solutions, Asteks will participate in Asia’s largest textile machinery fair from October 28–31, 2025, at Hall 3, Booth C403. Visitors can explore the company’s advanced technologies and rich product portfolio on its 36 m² booth, featuring both grinding machines and rubber aprons & cots.
High-performance aprons and cots, crafted from premium rubber using specialized techniques, will be on display. Experts from Asteks will explain their advantages to industry professionals. Key highlights include the PE751 finisher drawing cot, HG650 soft segment cot, CTA carbon-reinforced apron, and OPS-K compact apron, all recognized for their superior performance, contribution to yarn quality, and cost efficiency.
Advanced Grinding Technology: 401-SF&M and UV-305
Asteks will showcase two cutting-edge machines developed in its R&D unit with Turkish engineering: the 401-SF&M cot grinding machine and the UV-305 cot surface treatment machine. Operating in tandem, these solutions enable seamless grinding and surface treatment, providing textile manufacturers with high-capacity, automated, multifunctional operations.
The 401-SF&M increases spinning mill efficiency with its smart feeding system, allowing bulk processing instead of individual manual feeding. Its grinding section handles 400 top rollers per hour, and a built-in grinding stone dressing system ensures minimal downtime. Equipped with servo motors, inverters, and an additional unit for simultaneous long and short cot processing, the machine offers double capacity and diverse processing options in a single design.
The UV-305 integrates with 401-series machines to treat cot surfaces with high-performance UV irradiation, extending cot lifespan, enhancing performance, and reducing fiber overlapping—particularly useful for mills with high spindle capacities.
Targeting Asian Markets and Strengthening Global Presence
Asteks Marketing and Sales Manager Sabri İlknur emphasized the company’s goal to expand recognition in growing Asian textile markets. He noted that China, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and Pakistan are key focus regions and that the exhibition provides an ideal platform to demonstrate Turkish machinery capabilities.
Visitors will experience a comprehensive presentation of Asteks’ machinery, aprons, and cots, supported by visual tools. The exhibition is expected to reinforce existing partnerships, build trust, and facilitate business discussions despite regional economic or political fluctuations. İlknur highlighted the company’s past successes, including CAITME 2025 in Uzbekistan, and expressed optimism for even stronger outcomes at Singapore.
