ASICS Athletes Secure Top Finishes at TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026

At the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026, ASICS athletes recorded strong results across elite segments. Harmanjot Singh finished first in the Indian Elite Men’s category with a timing of 00:29:13. Bhagirathi placed third in the Indian Elite Women’s category, completing the race in 00:35:29.
In addition to athlete participation, ASICS conducted several engagement activities during the event. The ASICS House was set up as a post-race space for interaction with participants, offering features such as customization stations, photo booths, and giveaways. Along the race route, a Motivation Zone led by members of the ASICS Run Club (ARC) supported runners throughout the course.
The brand also highlighted its ‘Sound Mind, Sound Body’ philosophy through content initiatives focused on stories of discipline, resilience, and progress within the running community. These initiatives included featuring everyday runners and their experiences.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Rajat Khurana, Managing Director, ASICS India and South ASIA, said, “Bengaluru is setting the pace for how running is evolving in India. We’re seeing a clear shift from participation-led to performance-led running, where runners are training with greater intent, structure and awareness. The TCS World 10K reflects this evolution, closely aligning with our ‘Sound Mind, Sound Body’ philosophy at ASICS. We believe performance is not built in isolation, but through a balanced approach that integrates physical training, mental resilience and recovery. The performances by Harmanjot and Bhagirathi are a strong reflection of this mindset, and set the benchmark for distance running in India.”
ASICS’ participation in the event aligns with its ongoing initiatives to develop a structured running ecosystem in India. The brand continues to engage with running communities across cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad through athlete support and community-focused programmes.
