Arvind strengthens its garment division with seasoned finance leader Saurabh Jain.
Arvind Limited has named Saurabh Jain as CFO for its garment business, reinforcing its focus on financial transformation, profitability, and future-ready leadership.
Arvind Limited, the diversified textile-to-technology group, has announced the appointment of Saurabh Jain as the Chief Financial Officer (Garment Business). Arvind, known for its extensive garment manufacturing portfolio for leading global brands, will entrust Saurabh with overseeing the financial strategy across this vertical.
In his new role, Saurabh will focus on cost optimization, margin enhancement, and strengthening long-term profitability. He will introduce financial discipline, reinforce risk management systems, and accelerate the shift toward digital-led finance transformation to support faster, insight-driven decision-making. He will also work toward developing a future-ready finance leadership pipeline to support the garment business’s collaborative growth.

Saurabh brings over 17 years of cross-sector leadership experience spanning textiles, retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, IT, real estate, and insurance. His expertise includes financial planning, digital automation, turnaround strategies, credit financing, and performance improvement. Prior to Arvind, he served as Vice President Finance – Enterprise Operations at Welspun Living Ltd.
An alumnus of ISB and IIT Kanpur, Saurabh is recognized for his strategic approach, digital-first mindset, and focus on building high-performing teams.
