Company to showcase performance-driven and sustainable innovations across key technical textile segments

Archroma announced its participation in Techtextil 2026, scheduled from April 21 to 24 in Frankfurt, Germany. The company will present a range of solutions designed for technical textile applications, focusing on performance, productivity, and sustainability. The portfolio covers multiple segments including apparel, nonwovens, and automotive textiles.

According to the company, textile manufacturers are addressing increasing performance requirements alongside sustainability targets and regulatory compliance. Archroma’s solutions are designed to address these requirements across various application segments.

In the outdoor and active wear category, Archroma will present PHOBOTEX® NTR-50 LIQ, a non-PFAS durable water repellent with a partially bio-based profile. The portfolio also includes LANASET® XKS acid inks and NOVACRON® ADVANCE reactive inks for natural fibers, polyamide, and blends, along with TERASIL® XKS disperse inks for polyester printing.

For workwear and uniforms, the company will introduce NYLOFIXAN® PA LIQ C for polyamide fabrics, and SILIGEN® D2W LIQ C, a hydrophilic silicone softener designed for cellulosic and cotton-lycra blended knits. Additional solutions include AVITERA® GENERATION NEXT and PHOBOTEX® R-ACE for dyeing efficiency and water repellency.

In military camouflage applications, Archroma will present its TOUGH CAMO system, a water-based pigment printing solution compliant with Oeko-Tex (Class II) standards. The system includes HELIZARIN® ULTRA-FAST PLUS PA paste for high-speed pigment printing.

The nonwovens segment will feature the APPRETAN® range of formaldehyde-free binders, including APPRETAN® FFX6750 LIQ, APPRETAN® FFX6270 LIQ, and APPRETAN® FFX1540 LIQ & APPRETAN® FFX1670 LIQ, designed for applications requiring bonding performance, softness, hydrophobicity, and durability.

For automotive and transportation textiles, Archroma will present FADEX® HLF-S, a UV absorber with high sublimation fastness, supporting durability and compliance requirements.

The company will also highlight its High IQ® lastingrepel program, which provides independent verification of water repellency performance. Additionally, Archroma announced a partnership with HeiQ to integrate antimicrobial and odor-control technologies, including HeiQ Pure™, HeiQ Life™ AD/AE, and HeiQ Fresh™.

Archroma will present its SUPER SYSTEMS+ platform, which integrates processing solutions from sizing to finishing, aiming to improve resource efficiency and reduce the use of regulated substances.

Techtextil is held every two years in Frankfurt and attracted more than 35,000 visitors from 94 countries in 2024. Archroma will exhibit at Booth D41 in Hall 9.0 during the event.
