Archroma Earns EcoVadis Gold Rating for Second Straight Year

Archroma strengthens its global sustainability leadership with another EcoVadis Gold rating.
Archroma has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold rating for the second consecutive year, placing it among the top global performers in sustainability across multiple industries.
Archroma, a global pioneer in specialty chemicals committed to sustainable innovation, has once again earned a Gold rating from EcoVadis, marking its second consecutive year receiving this distinction. With this achievement, Archroma ranks among the top 5% of more than 150,000 companies evaluated worldwide across 150 countries and 250 industry sectors.
EcoVadis—recognized as a leading authority in corporate sustainability assessments—reviews companies on rigorous standards spanning environmental practices, labor and human rights, business ethics, and sustainable procurement. Archroma’s Gold recognition underscores the company’s sustained progress in embedding sustainability throughout its operations and broader value chain.
Rajiv Sharma, CEO of Archroma, commented, “As a company built on sustainable innovation, this recognition reflects our ongoing efforts to lead with purpose. Our strategy – from innovations to operational excellence – is centered on delivering measurable impact and long-term value for our customers, communities, and the planet.”
Strengthening its commitment to transparency in ESG reporting, Archroma recently completed a double materiality assessment aligned with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). This evaluation explores both how sustainability-related risks and opportunities influence Archroma’s business performance and how the company’s activities affect society and the environment. The findings will shape Archroma’s future sustainability roadmap and will be disclosed in its FY2025 Sustainability Report.
Rajiv further noted, “The double materiality assessment reinforces our commitment to stakeholder engagement, ESG integration, and responsible growth. We will continue to align purpose, innovation, and accountability at every level of the organization.”
