ANDRITZ to Showcase Nonwovens and Technical Textile Innovations at CINTE 2026

Company to highlight X-Pro™ crosslapper, A-Type needleloom and life-cycle services at Shanghai exhibition

ANDRITZ Nonwoven & Textile will participate in CINTE 2026, Asia’s trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens, from September 1 to 3, 2026, at Shanghai, China. The company will showcase its latest nonwoven production and textile technologies, with a focus on solutions for durable and technical nonwovens, as well as life-cycle services. Visitors can meet the company at Hall 5, Booth W5-E01.

The exhibition will feature technologies covering nonwoven production, textile processing and service solutions designed for a range of industrial applications.

X-Pro™ crosslapper to be showcased

ANDRITZ will present its X-Pro™ crosslapper, developed for the crosslapping process in needlepunch and spunlace lines.

According to the company, the machine is capable of operating at speeds of up to 250 m/min. Its "X-path" design is intended to provide fiber control, reduce distortion and enable overlap across different web characteristics. The system is also compatible with ANDRITZ’s ProWin™ profile correction system.

The X-Pro™ crosslapper is designed for applications including technical textiles, geotextiles, filtration media, automotive materials and wipes, and is available for both new production lines and the rebuild of existing production lines.

A-Type needleloom for demanding applications

The company will also showcase its A-Type needleloom, designed to increase throughput, optimize needling performance and improve operational reliability.

The technology is intended for applications such as synthetic leather, filtration and automotive materials, supporting manufacturers in improving product properties and process efficiency.

Technologies for nonwoven and technical textile production

For wipes and hygiene applications, ANDRITZ will present technologies including spunlace, Wetlace™, air-through bonding and airlaid, covering products such as dry wipes, wet wipes, hygiene top sheets, acquisition and distribution layers and medical nonwovens.

For durable nonwovens and technical textiles, the company will showcase needlepunch, airlay and wetlaid production solutions for markets including filtration, geotextiles, automotive materials, synthetic leather substrates and coating substrates.

Visitors will also be able to learn about individual process technologies covering fiber preparation, web forming, crosslapping, bonding, needlepunching and finishing.

Focus on life-cycle services and local support

In addition to production technologies, ANDRITZ will present its life-cycle service portfolio, which includes spare and wear parts, on-site support, inspections, audits, process optimization, rebuilds, upgrades, roll service and digital service solutions.

For customers in China, the company provides local sales, manufacturing and service support through ANDRITZ (China) Ltd.

ANDRITZ will also introduce its Synergy™ service agreements, which are designed to support machine availability, production reliability and long-term performance through maintenance, technical support and life-cycle planning.
