Ambienta's portfolio firm has purchased Parini.

An European asset management firm that specializes in environmental sustainability, Ambienta, points out that this acquisition improves Previero's recycling technology, especially with regard to plastics. Previero is an expert in recycling machinery, which includes cleaning and shrinking plastics. Parini, a company renowned for its mechanical sorting systems, separates waste materials such as films and hard plastics and gets rid of impurities. Ambienta claims that this collaboration raises the general effectiveness and caliber of recycling operations. The CEO of Previero, Giuseppe di Carpegna, expressed excitement, saying that the purchase of Parini improves their turnkey solutions and solidifies their position in the sorting industry. Fabio Parini, general manager of Parini, is equally upbeat and emphasizes how the partnership combines Previero's strengths in research and development with Parini's technical know-how. By working together, they hope to extend the reach of their integrated solutions throughout the whole plastic recycling value chain.
