Alva Industries (ALVA) is set to debut TorqStudio, its state-of-the-art online platform for custom motor design and performance analysis, at SPS 2025 next week. Attendees visiting Alva’s booth (Hall 3, Booth #259) will be the first to experience a live preview of the platform before its global launch. Built entirely in-house by Alva, TorqStudio is designed to provide engineers with a powerful, browser-based environment that supports everything from early motor concept development to detailed performance validation — all before hardware is produced.

TorqStudio introduces a simplified, intuitive approach to developing custom motor designs.
Engineers begin by selecting the desired motor size, after which the platform automatically generates multiple optimized motor configurations. These variations reflect diverse trade-offs across motor mass, torque capability, efficiency, and motor constant (Km).
Powered by a fully analytical engine, TorqStudio delivers design results within milliseconds — far faster than traditional simulation tools. Every motor output ensures mathematical precision, physical accuracy, and real-world manufacturability.
