Alva Industries (ALVA) has named Thomas Bergan as its new Chief Operating Officer, a strategic leadership move that underscores the company’s ambitions for large-scale industrial growth.
Bergan joins Alva with more than 25 years of experience spanning manufacturing, industrial scale-up, and high-volume production. Over the course of his career, he has earned a reputation for strengthening operational frameworks and guiding organizations through transformative periods of growth.
Known for his strategic precision, analytical strength, and seasoned executive judgment, Bergan has consistently built systems that support scalable, efficient, and high-performance operations—attributes Alva aims to leverage as it moves into its next phase.
