ALVA Industries Appoints Matteo Stagni as Sales Director for Europe and Asia

The appointment strengthens the company's commercial operations across two key markets, with a focus on OEM customer relationships and motor solutions for industrial applications.
ALVA Industries, a manufacturer of frameless motors and the owner and creator of FiberPrinting™ technology, has appointed Matteo Stagni as Sales Director for Europe and Asia.
The appointment comes as the company expands its presence across both regions and strengthens its commercial organisation to support original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers. In his new role, Stagni will focus on developing customer relationships and supporting manufacturers from initial technical discussions through to long-term partnerships.
Experience in Motion Control and Automation
Based in Germany, Stagni brings more than 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles across Europe and the United States. His professional background includes motion control, robotics, automation and business-to-business (B2B) sales, with extensive experience working with OEM customers.
His combination of technical and commercial experience will support customers in identifying motor solutions suited to their application requirements.
Commenting on his appointment, Matteo said:
“Joining Alva Industries is a thrilling opportunity to be at the forefront of the next generation of electric motor technology. Throughout my career in motion, robotics, and automation solutions, I have seen how traditional motor constraints limit solutions and performances. Alva’s FiberPrinting™ technology completely rewrites those boundaries. I am fully committed to translating this breakthrough technology into tangible value for our customers worldwide and driving the boundaries of sustainable innovation alongside this exceptional team: positioning Alva as a foundational player in the electrified future.”
Supporting OEM Customers Across Two Regions
Stagni's appointment is intended to strengthen ALVA Industries' ability to connect OEM customers' technical requirements with its range of frameless motor solutions.
The company's portfolio includes SlimTorq™ and GearTorq™, alongside its FiberPrinting™ technology. Through the expanded commercial organisation, ALVA aims to support manufacturers across Europe and Asia as they evaluate motor technologies for their applications.
