Allient to Showcase Precision Motion Technologies at SEMICON West 2026

Company to present precision motion stages, frameless motors, linear motors and servo drives for semiconductor applications
Allient Inc. (Nasdaq: ALNT), a designer and manufacturer of specialty motor, motion, controls and power products and solutions, will showcase its precision motion technologies at SEMICON West 2026.
The event will take place from October 13–15 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. Allient will exhibit at Booth #5683, where it will present products and technologies for precision motion and semiconductor manufacturing applications.
Precision Motion Technologies on Display
At SEMICON West 2026, Allient will showcase a range of precision motion products, including:
Precision Motion Stage Demos:
- ThruSight-Theta and ThruSight Focus
- Open-center XY stage
- Asymmetric XY
- Hybrid Hexapod
Frameless Motors:
- TG Series — high-performance, slotless, frameless brushless motor kits
- LS Series — slotless, frameless, inner-rotor brushless motor kits
- SA Series — frameless axial flux motors for low-profile applications
- MegaFlux Series — frameless direct-drive brushless torque motors
- ElectroFlux Series — frameless torque motors for advanced robotics and precision motion control
Linear Motors:
- P-Series — high-force ironless linear motors for demanding motion control applications
- C-Series — ironless linear motors for compact, high-precision applications
- Custom Linear Motors — linear motors configured according to application requirements
Servo Drives:
- Pyxmos™ Module
One of the demonstrations will feature the ThruSight-Theta stage mounted on an open-center XY stage. According to Allient, the setup demonstrates how its products can be integrated into semiconductor fabrication equipment by combining precision XY movement with continuous precision rotary motion while allowing a light source to pass through the clear aperture.
The system is intended for semiconductor applications including metrology, inspection, wafer handling and processing.
“We’re looking forward to presenting our precision motion technologies and demonstrating how our products can be integrated into systems at SEMICON West 2026,” said Robert Mastromattei, Chief Commercial Officer & Group President at Allient. “This provides an opportunity to showcase the capabilities of our products and discuss how they can support customer applications.”
SEMICON West 2026 will bring together companies and industry stakeholders involved in semiconductor manufacturing and related technologies, with Allient using the event to present its motion-control technologies for precision industrial applications.
