Smarter I/O for Advanced Automation – Allient Bellevue

Spectrum Controls is set to introduce its latest PointMax 5034 I/O modules, including:

  • 5034-IV8-SC – An 8-channel, 24V DC digital input module offering input timestamping, individual channel filtering, and support for counter datatypes.
  • 5034-0V8-SC – An 8-channel, 24V DC digital output module equipped with diagnostics, fault detection, and scheduled output functionality.

Spectrum Controls will also host #PS42: “Optimal Solutions for OEMs, Machine Builders, and Solution Partners” on November 18 (3:00–4:00 p.m.) and November 20 (10:00–11:00 a.m.) in Room W192B.
“Our I/O solutions give OEMs and machine builders the flexibility, precision, and reliability they need to tackle complex automation challenges,” said Curt Simms, Vice President and General Manager, Allient Bellevue.

Intelligent Power & Harmonic Management – Allient Milwaukee

TCI will feature its HarmonicGuard Active Filter (HGA) portfolio, which supports industry-leading current capacities ranging from 30A to 700A, available in multiple enclosure configurations.

The showcase will also include the company’s PQconnect technology, integrating EtherNet/IP and tailored Add-On Profiles to deliver real-time intelligence to TCI’s passive harmonic and sine wave filters.

In partnership with Grace Technologies, TCI will conduct #PS02: “Mitigating Harmonics & Continuous Thermal Monitoring” with Ian Wallace, Senior Director of Engineering and Chief Engineer at TCI, on November 17 (10:00–11:00 a.m.) and November 19 (2:00–3:00 p.m.).
“TCI power solutions integrate seamlessly within the Rockwell ecosystem for both power and controls interfaces,” said Ashish Bendre, Vice President and Group President (Bellevue, Milwaukee, Oshkosh). “Our HGA filters have long featured EtherNet/IP connectivity through the Allient Universal Industrial Gateway (UIG), and we’re excited to extend that same connectivity to passive filters through PQconnect.”
