Allient Appoints Ben Vespone as Director of Engineering at Allient Rochester

Allient Inc. has appointed Ben Vespone as Director of Engineering at its Allient Rochester division, where he will lead new product development and engineering integration initiatives.

Allient Inc. (Nasdaq: ALNT), a global developer and manufacturer of motion, control and power technologies, has announced the appointment of Ben Vespone as Director of Engineering at Allient Rochester, formerly known as ORMEC Systems.

In his new role, Vespone will oversee new product development activities and value-added design and integration projects. The engineering team at Allient Rochester will report directly to him.

Vespone holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from the University of Rochester. He brings experience in introducing complex electronic and electromechanical products into regulated markets. His background includes work across electronics, embedded systems, motion control, requirements management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, as well as leading collaborative product development programmes. His experience also includes aligning engineering investment with business objectives and supporting teams in managing technical and commercial challenges.

Allient Rochester designs and manufactures servo drives, motion controllers, and single- and multi-axis integrated assemblies, along with value-added subsystem and system-level solutions for mission-critical motion control applications. Its engineering teams work closely with customers and Allient’s global solutions network to address complex technical requirements and support long-term business objectives.
