Alliance City Announces Three New Residential Developments Across Mumbai

Developer plans new projects in Mulund West, Vile Parle East and the Sion-Matunga micro-market as Mumbai housing registrations remain elevated

Residential developer Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has announced plans to expand its portfolio across three Mumbai micro-markets, with new developments planned in Mulund West, Vile Parle East and the Sion-Matunga belt.

The company plans to launch its eighth residential development in Mulund West, its fifth in Vile Parle East, and its first development in the Sion-Matunga micro-market.

Mumbai Housing Market

The expansion comes amid continued housing activity in Mumbai. According to data cited by the company from Knight Frank India, Mumbai recorded an estimated 12,503 property registrations in August 2026, representing an 11% year-on-year increase and the strongest August in more than 14 years.

Knight Frank has also estimated that 1,094 housing societies are currently under redevelopment in Mumbai, potentially adding around 59,000 new homes by 2031.

Upcoming Developments

Mulund West

The upcoming project will be Alliance City’s eighth development in Mulund West.

The developer has completed six projects in the micro-market — Swati Sadan Alliance, Alliance Mathuresh, Amardeep Alliance, Alliance Ravi Kiran, Alliance Mandarpushpa and Alliance Sudeep. Its seventh project, Alliance Kanchan Krupa, is currently under development.

The new development is planned for families seeking access to Mulund’s residential areas and connectivity through LBS Marg and the upcoming Metro Line 4 corridor.

Vile Parle East

The company’s fifth upcoming development in Vile Parle East follows four earlier projects: 22 Alliance House, Alliance Tanvi, Nirmal Milan and Alliance Vista.

Alliance Vista on Shraddhanand Road has recently been completed, sold out and handed over, according to the company.

The upcoming development will be positioned for residents seeking connectivity to the Western Express Highway and Mumbai’s domestic airport.

Sion-Matunga

The planned project in the Sion-Matunga belt will mark Alliance City’s first development in the micro-market.

The company already has a presence in central Mumbai through Alliance Legacy, which has been completed, and Alliance Harmony in neighbouring Matunga, which is currently under development.

The new project is planned along the Eastern Express Highway, adding to the developer’s presence in central Mumbai.

Existing Portfolio

Alliance City said it has delivered homes to more than 700 families across Mumbai.

In 2026, the company secured Occupation Certificates (OCs) and completed sales for Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East, Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West and Alliance Eternis in Borivali West, according to the company.
