Retail expansion to focus on Tier II and Tier III markets alongside major cities

Ajmera Fashion Ltd is planning a significant expansion of its retail network, targeting more than 400 stores across the country by March 2027. The company intends to increase its presence in major urban centres as well as in Tier II and Tier III cities through new store openings.

The expansion will be supported by its retail formats, including Ajmera Trends and Little Wings. These formats are designed to cater to a wide customer base across different age groups and fashion preferences, with a focus on providing affordable clothing options.

In addition to domestic growth, the company is also pursuing international expansion. Ajmera Fashion Ltd currently operates in Nepal and is planning to introduce its children’s wear brand, Little Wings, in the Nepalese market as part of its expansion strategy.

The company’s long-term plan includes building an omnichannel retail presence. This involves leveraging data, improving supply chain efficiency, and enhancing customer engagement across physical and digital platforms. Store-level customer experience is also part of the company’s focus areas.
