(Lubbock, USA, August 28, 2024): Conventional textiles sector has opportunity to diversify into high-tech textiles.
In the feature article, “High-tech Textiles in High Growth Markets,” which appears in the Textile Technology Source (August 28, 2024) published by the USA-based Advanced Textiles Association, I present that opportunities are there in markets that cater to environment, infrastructure and health.
Also, the industry should view the sector based on where the applications are: 1) consumer products; 2) institutional products and 3) government procurement products.
