Advanced Recycling Conference 2026 Opens Call for Abstracts Ahead of Cologne Event

The call for abstracts has opened for the Advanced Recycling Conference (ARC) 2026, scheduled for 17–18 November 2026 in Cologne, Germany, and online. The event focuses on recycling technologies across multiple waste streams and industry applications. Submissions are invited from researchers and industry professionals until 31 July 2026.

The conference addresses developments in advanced recycling technologies across various waste streams, including plastics, polymers, textiles, and automotive materials. It brings together industry participants, researchers, and stakeholders involved in recycling processes and circular economy initiatives.

ARC 2026 will examine technological, policy, and regulatory developments related to recycling, particularly in the context of EU recycling targets and changing market conditions. Topics include extrusion, dissolution, solvolysis, enzymolysis, pyrolysis, as well as pre- and post-treatment processes. The agenda also covers digital applications such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, along with life cycle assessment methodologies.

The event is designed to facilitate interaction across the recycling value chain, involving technology providers, waste management companies, brands, investors, policymakers, and scientific institutions.
