ACI Releases Buyer's Guide to Sapphire Windows for Precision Applications

It also explains inspection requirements, including the MIL-PRF-13830B scratch-dig specification, along with guidance on surface inspection criteria, thickness and pressure considerations, geometry options, coating selection and integration practices.
The guide also includes a practical selection checklist to help customers define environmental conditions, optical requirements, mounting methods and performance parameters when specifying sapphire windows for long-term functionality.
