The 24th Fashion Source Shenzhen International Exhibition for Clothing Supply Chain, the 9th Shenzhen Original Design Fashion Week, and the 3rd Première Vision Shenzhen, organised by GL events – Pengcheng (Shenzhen) Exhibition Co., Ltd, concluded with great success on 15 October 2021 at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center.
The events included 1,500+ selected exhibitors, 25 fashion shows, and 300+ independent designer firms on a 100,000 square metre exhibition area. Professional guests from all throughout China attended the events, which were unaffected by Typhoon Kompasu. Over 38,651 guests attended the three-day events, representing diverse categories of core customers from China, including brands, agencies, distributors, fashion buyers, e-commerce operators, and shopping centres. The topic of the 9th Shenzhen Original Design Fashion Week was ‘YAN’ (YAN, paired with the theme of the previous edition, FUN, generated a Chinese term signifying multiplying or prospering.) 25 fashion shows were held over three days, and the exhibition location drew a crowd of 10,750 people. Many Chinese unique designer labels, such as Yizhuo, Van Sunsun, Complementair, Indeterminacy, AwanaRacy, David Sylvia, and Jinxi•Tang, showed their latest trendy runway collections. Fashion Source is believed to be an international leading force in the fashion supply chain, driving the development of China’s fashion industry and enhancing soft power and fashion creativity in Shenzhen. The three-day event included engaging activities such as Fashion Source AW 2022/23 Color Trend and Knitwear Trend, as well as over 40 professional seminars that brought together key participants in the fashion business and encouraged them to share knowledge.
