Nitin Spinners has been in the spotlight since the firm released its first-quarter results. The company’s yarn sector is seeing a strong orderbook, while its fabric section is expanding.
When asked about the orderbook, Nolkha stated, “We have a pretty healthy order book of roughly a quarter or so.” At the present, our yarn business has a full order book. Fabric business is also picking up as domestic demand increases, and a lot of it is dependent on how much domestic demand there is in the approaching Christmas months, which will also have an influence on our orderbook.
Nolkha is a leading manufacturer of cotton yarn, weaving and knitting in India. He said the state of the weaving industry was under lockdown due to COVID impact on their operations. Nolkha added that they were able to utilize an average of about 75 percent of their capacity for the domestic market. The company’s production has gone up by nearly 40 percent year-on-year, he said.
