Textile organization NCTO has announced the winner of 2021 paul T.O’ days memorial scholarship. Being the national council of Textile organization fibers announced the winner as Rachel Crouse of Reidsville as Sandra and Martin Crouse daughter.
She completed her graduation from High academic honors and achievements from Rockingham County High School. Being bright student she never led out with her responsibility and was always focused towards her goals. She has also planned to pursue a career as an engineer working to slow down the environmental impact of textile industry.
