Barclay Butera Interiors has been transforming homes for over 20 years and is one of the most sought-after luxury interior design firms and lifestyle brands. Global rug and textiles furnishings company Jaipur Living is introducing a three new collections with design icon Barclay Butera.
The new lines — Brentwood, Malibu and Newport — are named for the prominent neighborhoods in California.
Jaipur Living has been a dream to work with,” Butera said. “From the product development process to the final product, our collaboration has resulted in a magnificent collection of rugs that will work seamlessly with my Lexington Home Brands Collections.”
Butera described the Brentwood collection as “a touch sophisticated” and with a more formal style inspired by the Los Angeles neighborhood. The collection includes three designs: Mandeville, with its bamboo lattice pattern in blue or silver and taupe; Crescent, with circular vintage medallions; and Barrington, an abstract tone wave in gray and brown.
“The design inspiration for Malibu came from the eclectic, global style my clients prefer for their homes in this beach side community,” Butera said.
Malibu includes Retreat, a modern, abstract look in both a stone gray and a dark taupe-and-white colorway, and Canyon, with a vintage-inspired medallion and gray-and-white colorway.
Newport, Butera says, is a classic coastal style with two designs: Pacific, a wool and sisal rug in a trellis chain and tiles pattern available in a classic blue and white or a neutral brown and natural; and Bayshores, in an ombré pattern in gray and silver or blue.
The collections will be on the Jaipur Living website in August.
