RI -6001 new model, high speed sample warper machine with upto 450 meter against our old model which is upto 200-250 meter speed. This development useful for fashion industry, always having issue of short length, rewinding, warping section.
Productivity of this machine is very high; it saves time, labour & wastage. This is single man operated machine. Specially use for linen, silk, designer or high value fabric industry where short length of fabric is required ie. Up to 400 to 600 meter. Also good for Calf, collar where short length of fabric is required. Effective space utilisation by installing this machine as very short space is required to install the machine.
Targeted Customer: Italian who uses high end fabrics, 400-300 meter one design and silk industry.
Price range: being an Indian machine and famous hardware company spare parts used, it ranges around 1.2 crore to 1.4 crore. Payback period is 3 to 3.5 years if max used ie 24 hours
International company Karl Mayer producing similar machine but our price is 1/3rd as compare to Karl Mayer.
