NEXT DESTINATION: PROXIMA Smartconer®

In terms of Savio automatic winding, the new Proxima Smartconer® winding machine is leading the way. We have merged the names Proxima and Smartconer® to represent a cutting-edge winding machine that can precisely adjust to the needs of Industry 4.0, Industry 4.0 connectivity, and the Industrial Internet of Things. The design of the machine, which places a significant emphasis on the key advantages for the competitive advantage of the customer—high productivity, low energy consumption, premium yarn quality, automation, and data connectivity—has allowed for high-tech capabilities that will benefit spinners.

Proxima Smartconer® was created with the demands of the user in mind, making the best possible use of a winding machine.Purchasing machinery that facilitates expedited work and minimizes labor-intensive and repetitive duties can boost overall productivity and efficiency.

SAVIO’S LYBRA Smartspinner®: WE SPIN DIFFERENT

Savio’s new air-jet spinning machine: LYBRA Smartspinner®

We spin differently with Lybra Smartspinner®—a multifunctional, intelligent device. Savio’s air-jet spinning machine was created using proprietary spinning technology to cater to our clients’ needs in certain textile production applications, such as sunshades, household textiles, and knitting. Air-jet spun yarn is smooth and soft, making it ideal for making both stylish and practical textiles.

We hope to provide our customers with LYBRA Smartspinner®—a machine that is easy to use, flexible, affordable, and multifunctional. Manufacturers of yarn may now make yarn at high production rates with minimal processing expenses thanks to air-jet spinning. The standard ring spinning method’s preparation is also used by the air-jet spinning technology. Instead of using roving, this method integrates the three textile operations of winding, spinning, and roving. It works directly with slivers.

Building expenses are decreased since air-jet spinning requires 25–30% less space than ring-spinning machinery to provide the same capacity. A smaller space also necessitates fewer operating staff members and climate control. This maximizes the return on investment by producing additional significant savings.
