India’s bustling city of Kolkata is set to host a mega platform for the textile industry with the convergence of Yarnex, Tex India, and Indigo Expo. This vibrant event, slated for January 18, 2024, will provide a platform for 157 prominent supply chain partners from various regions of India to showcase their latest offerings.

The triple shows, inaugurated by Shri Hari Kishan Rathi, president of the West Bengal Garment Manufacturers & Dealers Association, along with industry stalwarts, aim to cater to the sourcing needs of the textile value chain in eastern India’s commercial hub. With a rich legacy spanning a century, the Indian textile industry has evolved into a thriving ecosystem of innovation and economic growth.

Recognizing the importance of bridging critical gaps in the textile supply chain, the triple shows will offer a professional environment for manufacturers and buyers to network and conduct business. Held at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan, Kolkata, from January 18 to 20, the event will showcase the 29th edition of Yarnex, the 17th edition of Tex India, and the 4th edition of Indigo Expo.

Organised by SS Textile Media Pvt Ltd under the umbrella of Textile Fairs India (TFI), these shows are part of a larger series of textile fairs taking place in major cities across the country. More than just fibres and yarns, the expo will feature fabrics, accessories, and speciality materials designed to meet the diverse needs of international buying houses, garment manufacturers, distributors, and fashion designers.

The strong presence of renowned companies in the textile industry reflects the positive sentiment prevailing in the market and underscores the enthusiastic reception of the event. Please note that the expo is open exclusively to trade visitors, serving as a professional platform for collaboration and business transactions.
