Sudiva Spinners has been at forefront as far as employee welfare is concerned. They have been providing free food to 1500+ workmen and staff. This is something unheard of. Have heard of companies providing food at concessional feed. In one company known to me they charge RS 25 per Thali against a normal price of Rs 70.
Sudiva has built a community hall at its plant where company employees can celebrate weddings, birthdays or any other small event.
They have a colony where most of his company workers are staying.
Shri Laddha sab has been a great human being while at RSWM and he continued his legacy at Sudiva also. Another gesture is sending you HR Head to receive an award. Normally in such situations a company MD or CEO would go to get the award particularly when the ceremony is held abroad.
Holding the award function in Vietnam is a new beginning. It will inspire other associations and export promotion councils to hold their award functions abroad so that overseas parties also become aware of Indian companies.
