The Pakistan China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCJCCI) partnered with E-commerce Gateway Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd to coordinate a three-day collaborative exhibition titled “25th Silver Jubilee of Textile Asia International Trade Fair: the only UFI (Paris) Approved Textile Event.” The event is scheduled at the Lahore Expo Center from the 13th to the 15th of October, 2023.
During a review meeting held at PCJCCI, Dr Khursheed Nizam, President and Vice President of M Uzair Nizam E-Commerce Gateway Pakistan, expressed that the exhibition would provide significant opportunities for participants from various sectors. These sectors include the buying and selling potential of textile and garment machinery, clothing textiles accessories, textile raw material supplies, textile dyes and chemicals, embroidery machines, power and air compressors for the textile industry, and textile allied services.
The event organizer stated that 550 international brands would showcase their products in over 500 booths. Additionally, over 450 foreign delegates from 27 countries will attend the event, including China, France, Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Korea, Japan, Turkey, the UK, and the USA.
The President of PCJCCI, Moazzam Ghurki, expressed his optimism towards the “25th Textile Asia International Trade Fair,” emphasizing its potential to catalyze local enterprises and industries, providing them with both inspiration and tangible chances for growth.
According to Hamza Khalid, the Vice President of PCJCCI, the upcoming “25th Textile Asia International Trade Fair 2019” will provide a platform to demonstrate the significant opportunities for buying and selling within the textile, garment, and related industries. The event aims to facilitate the introduction of international suppliers of textile and garment materials, parts, accessories, and machinery to the textile and garment industry in Pakistan.
