Paramount Looms organized the live demonstration of their latest rapier machines with mechanical dobby and electronic jacquard machine in Bhiwandi which was conducted on 11th and 12th February 2023 and drew a very good response from local weavers, with over 500 weavers visiting the event.
The visitors were mainly local weavers from Bhiwandi, with a few visitors from Malegaon. They belonged to different backgrounds, including loom technicians, loom operators, loom shed owners, fabric manufacturers, and others who were interested in expanding their businesses.
The overall response to the live demonstration was very positive. The features and advantages of the latest machines were showcased, which generated a lot of interest among the visitors. Almost 15 to 20 project inquiries were received from Bhiwandi alone, indicating the level of interest among the weavers in the area.
The machines were sold to interested buyers during the demonstration, which further demonstrates the success of the event. Similar live demonstrations are planned in the future, with the next one scheduled in Malegaon next month.
