America- based company WPT Nonwovens has invested in the new thermobonding line for filter media. The company – Truzschler has teamed with Schoot & Meissener to deliver the state-of-art and high capacity line that includes the T-BLEND fiber preparation system. This would be having 2 TWF-NC roller cards and a high-speed Speedliner belt oven.
The Air-condition systems are an integral part of many building structures all across the globe. They include vital components such as cars, trucks, planes and many other essential equipements. However, the Home and Vehicle Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems often have to rely on the thermo or bonded nonwovens for air filteration.
This will enable further growth to the WPT nonwovens . It is further decided that there will be a new investment on the new air bonding line. The Trutschler machinery has been selected as the most reliable fiber preparation and also for the web forming processes for various specially designed and demanding technology and filteration media. There is a proximity of excellent relationships with the Trutzschler USA which are finally convincing WPT nonwovens to be partners with Trutschler Nonwovens.
The start of though air bonding line will be planned for the 3rd quarter of 2023.
