36 Agra Entrepreneurs to Showcase Products at UP International Trade Show 2026

60 stalls from Agra to feature leather, footwear, carpets, handloom, garments, handicrafts and other products at Greater Noida trade show

A total of 36 entrepreneurs from Agra will participate in the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026, with 60 stalls allocated to businesses from the district. The trade show will be held at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, from September 25 to 29, 2026.

Agra's participation includes businesses from the textile, apparel, footwear, handicraft and lifestyle segments, along with other local product categories.

36 Entrepreneurs to Participate

Of the 60 stalls allocated to Agra entrepreneurs, 25 stalls representing 17 units will participate under the Emerging Exporters category.

Another 10 stalls representing nine units will be set up under the Regular Exporters category. One additional unit will participate under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan.

The participation is intended to provide businesses with opportunities to present their products to domestic and international buyers and explore export markets.

Textile, Footwear and Handicraft Products on Display

According to Shailendra Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Industries, the Agra stalls will feature a range of products associated with the city's manufacturing and craft sectors.

The products include:

  • Leather products
  • Marble stone products
  • Footwear and leather footwear
  • Home décor
  • Carpets
  • Handicrafts
  • Handloom sarees
  • Garments
  • Zari-zardozi work
  • Imitation jewellery

The participation will allow buyers and visitors attending the trade show to view products manufactured and crafted by businesses from Agra.

ODOP Units to Showcase Local Products

Five units from Agra will participate under the One District One Product (ODOP) category.

Food products from the district will also be represented at the event. Visitors and buyers will have an opportunity to sample Agra petha, along with traditional sweets and savoury products.

A dedicated live kitchen will also be set up, where fresh food will be prepared and served during the trade show.

Focus on Buyer and Business Connections

The Deputy Commissioner said the trade show will provide emerging and young entrepreneurs, including women entrepreneurs, with opportunities to interact with domestic and international buyers and participate in B2B meetings.

The department is also providing support and guidance to participating entrepreneurs as they showcase their products at the five-day event.
