17th PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 Sells Out Exhibition Space Seven Months Ahead of Opening

More than 600 exhibitors confirm participation as IPAMA closes space bookings for the January–February 2027 printing and packaging exhibition.

The 17th PRINTPACK INDIA, organised by the Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers' Association (IPAMA), has reached full exhibition capacity nearly seven months before its scheduled opening. According to IPAMA, all available exhibition space at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR has been allocated, and no further applications for exhibition space are being accepted.

The exhibition will take place from 30 January to 3 February 2027 at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR.

More than 600 Indian and international companies have secured exhibition space under the event's "First-Come, First-Served" allocation process. The exhibitors will present technologies, machinery and solutions across a gross exhibition area of approximately 1,00,000 square metres.

IPAMA has also allocated exhibition space to 22 Associations, Federations and Media Partners, recognising their participation in supporting the printing and packaging industry.

The previous edition of PRINTPACK INDIA recorded 141,101 business visitors from 84 countries. Based on current expectations, IPAMA estimates that the 17th edition could attract around 25% higher visitor attendance.

The exhibition will feature products and technologies from a broad range of industry segments, including:

  • Printing Machinery
  • Packaging Machinery
  • Flexible Packaging
  • Corrugation
  • Label Printing
  • Screen & Textile Printing
  • Signage & LED
  • Paper & Non-Woven Products
  • Pre-Press
  • Digital Printing
  • Post-Press
  • Converting Equipment
  • Software & Services
  • Consumables
  • Spare Parts
  • Other allied sectors

According to IPAMA, the association has continued its initiatives to support industry participation by offering special discounts for members and Early Bird incentives, enabling MSMEs and emerging enterprises to participate with reduced financial burden.

To support exhibitors and visitors, IPAMA has finalised most service providers responsible for exhibition infrastructure and visitor facilities. Complimentary services, including free shuttle coach services between Botanical Garden Metro Station and the exhibition venue, will also be available during the event.

The association has initiated national and international promotional activities through print, digital and electronic media. In the coming months, IPAMA plans to organise industry interactive meets and one-to-one meetings across various states to encourage greater visitor participation.

Invitations will also be extended to representatives of industry associations, trade bodies, government organisations and other dignitaries to attend the inaugural ceremony.
